Tomato's carpaccio with anchovies and baked salmon

Ingredienti:
choose the tomatoes a little bit green in order to be able to cut them in slim slides. the olive pathe can be from green or black olives. we cut the tomatoes into slides, we put them in a dish, above them we can expand the pathe and over there we add the anchovies and the salmon. finally we add salt and pepper and a bit of oil.
