1- To wash and to slice the tomatoes. To salt and to pepper
2- To beat the eggs and to put the tomato slices in them.
3- To put the bread crumb (at will) in a plate and to roll the tomato slices in bread crumb.
3- To fry in hot oil until the bread crumb will be browned.
