Tomatoes filled in walnuts

You wash tomatoes, empty having deprived them of the skullcap; you keep the most substantial part of the inside and drain it some excess of the liquid. You let inflate knots in the water, you crush walnuts having shelled it. You mix in a terrine knots, chopped carrot, walnuts and slice of peeled and crushed garlic, a pinch of cumin, some salt and a thread of oil, by mixing them with a part of the inside of tomatoes, later of that you proceed to the filling of tomatoes. Finally you dust of chopped parsley and dipped by lemon juice and few oil.
