Ricotta cheese meatballs with tomato sauce

Put ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, crumbs, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Knead all ingredients, make meatballs and fry them in very hot olive oil.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: brown grated onion in a frying pan, and add peeled tomatoes sauce. Add salt and pepper, and cook for 7minutes.
Put meatballs in the sauce and leave meatballs to flavour for 5 minutes.
