Warm mozzarella and tomato kebabs

How to prepare warm mozzarella and tomato kebabs
Parboil tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Drain tomatoes, cool them with cold water, peel them and remove possible seeds inside.
Cut tomato pulp in slices.
Drain small mozzarellas from the water of conservation and skewer them with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
Skewer mozzarellas with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
Take some wooden sticks, skewer mozzarella and alternate with tomato slices.
Put mozzarella and tomato kebabs on aluminum foil,  add a drizzle of olive oil, some pink pepper beans, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
Put kebabs in preheated oven at 180°C for about 3 minutes.
Serve kebabs hot!
