Zucchini meatballs in tomato sauce

First, cook tomato sauce by combining a tablespoon of olive oil and a clove of garlic and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
Grate the zucchini.
Putting all the ingredients together the eggs, grated zucchini, grated parmesan cheese bread and gently mix until the mixture is compact. Add salt and pepper.
If you decide to cook stewed meatballs, then prepare all the same size and gently put into the pot with the tomato sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes.
If instead they are fried, put first the frying oil for heating and, once created zucchini meatballs and roll in breadcrumbs, fry for 8 minutes.
When ready to serve meatballs you can choose to present them with tomato sauce separately or flavor directly into letting them into the pot of sauce hot sauce for 2-3 minutes.
