Cod fillets in tomato sauce

Heat a little olive oil with crushed garlic clove, add tomatoes, olives and capers and simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, put the cod fillets, covering the surface of the fish with a little sauce, salt to taste, cover with the lid and cook for another 5 minutes, no longer to not overcook the fish. At the end of cooking, add the chopped fresh parsley. Serve.
