Stuffed Paccheri with ricotta in tomato sauce bed

First prepare the fresh tomato sauce.
Prepare flavored with basil oil. In a bowl put a finger olive oil, add 5-6 fresh basil leaves and mix with the mixer. Only basil oil and keep aside.
Bring water to boil and cook the paccheri.
Meanwhile, put the ricotta cheese at room temperature in a bowl and knead with a spoon. Add a little salt, pepper and chopped fresh thyme. Put the mixture into a pastry bag so that it is easier to fill the paccheri.
As soon as the paccheri are cooked, drain them and leave them in the hot pot so not cool.
Fill Paccheri cheese and place on a plate that has put ketchup.
Cover the paccheri with Parmesan cheese and pour a tablespoon of olive oil flavored with basil.
