The main contribution in this juice is tomato containing 182-630 milligrams of vitamin A per 100 milliliters of juice, says the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of juices (Asozumos). Behind lies the peach, with 189 milligrams per 100 milliliters; and apple with a contribution of between 30 and 60 milligrams.
The association also says that packaged juices contain much of the Vitamin C recommended daily. Especially orange containing between 30 and 46 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 ml of juice.
In addition, fruit juices contribute to a good portion, very present in orange juice, grapefruit and tomato recommended daily intake of folic acid (vitamin B9).
