It receives salad of cold pasta with dry tomatoes

You cut the well drained dry tomatoes from the oil of maintenance and cut you them. You previously cut then the eggplants washes and you dry at the most to dice of a pair of cm of thickness. You begin to prepare the seasoning of this cold pasta mincing garlic, onions and peperoncino, for then to do gilded the minced one with the oil. You unite the tomatoes and the eggplants, salty and you allow to cook with some warm water, up to that the eggplants won't be soft.
In the meantime boiled the pasta, drain it and finally seasoned it with the mix of vegetables. You unite the shredded basil and the capers.
You allow to cool the pasta, before serving you sprinkle with salty ricotta coarsely grated.
